David Christian Chubb and Edward Mark Shires were appointed Joint Administrators of The New Victoria Hospital Limited on 12 April 2010, to manage it’s affairs, business and property. The Joint Administrators contract as agents of the company without personal liability. David Chubb and Mark Shires are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
