Giles BantickMr Bantick qualified as a doctor from Barts in 1989. He became a Fellow of The Royal College of England in 1993, and completed training in plastic surgery in 2000. His plastic surgery training was in the UK and in Sydney, Australia. He was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to undertake research into wound healing at Harvard Medical School / Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston USA (1994-5). Mr Bantick has done fellowships (special training) in cosmetic surgery and hand surgery.

Mr Bantick was appointed as Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in 2003 and has been Lead Consultant for Plastic Surgery since 2007. Mr Bantick is the visiting Consultant Plastic Surgeon for West Middlesex University Hospital. His Private practice is based in central and west London, and at the New Victoria Hospital, Kingston. His practice comprises general plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery and hand surgery.

David R Gateley is among the leading Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons operating in the UK today. He studied medicine at Downing College Cambridge and King's College Hospital, London, qualifying in 1984.

He trained in General Surgery, Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery for five years before starting his career in Plastic Surgery.

As well as operating at Roehampton, Guys and St. Thomas's Hospitals, Mr Gateley gained a Hand and Microsurgery Fellowship in the USA, achieving certification of higher surgical training in plastic surgery in 1996.

Since 1997, Mr Gateley has been Consultant Plastic Surgeon at St George's Hospital in South London, Europe's largest teaching hospital. Here, he has been training the country's next generation of plastic surgeons as part of his continuing commitment to the NHS.

Catherine MilroyCatherine Milroy is a consultant plastic surgeon specialising in general plastic surgery and paediatric plastic surgery. She believes in a sensitive and empathic approach to discussing your options in a no-pressure environment.

Catherine was educated at Epsom College and went on to Oxford University to study Medicine. At Oxford she gained a BM BCh as well as an MA. She graduated in 1992 and trained at world-class centres of excellence in London, Harvard, Taiwan and New York. This included a two year period of research at the RAFT institute of Plastic surgery at Mount Vernon Hospital. Catherine has also worked as the Cosmetic fellow at the Wellington Hospital where she worked with some of the premier Cosmetic surgeons in the UK. Catherine became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1996. She joined the GMC Specialist register of Plastic surgeons in 2006 and is a full member of British Association of Plastic Surgeons (BAPRAS). She currently works at the New Victoria Hospital, Parkside Hospital and St George's Hospital NHS Trust.

Paul RoblinPaul Roblin graduated from St Georges Hospital Medical School, London, in 1990. Following his general surgical training, including General Surgery, Orthopaedics and Cardiac Surgery he began training in Plastic Surgery. He trained at a number of major plastic surgery centres including St Thomas’s, East Grinstead and Mount Vernon Hospitals.

He then undertook specialised training and spent a year at the MD Anderson Cancer Centre, Houston, Texas, acknowledged as the number one cancer centre in the world. During this time Mr Roblin developed a special interest in reconstructive microsurgery, particularly for reconstruction of the breast, skin, head and neck and gynaecological cancers.

He is currently a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Guys and St Thomas’s NHS Trust in London, which is one of the UK’s leading Plastic Surgery Centres. Mr Roblin’s expertise lies in non-surgical rejuvenation of the face and surgery of the face, nose, breast and abdomen, including body contour surgery and liposuction.

He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.

Mr Hooman SherfatMr Hooman Sherafat is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at the Royal Eye Unit at Kingston Hospital NHS Trust. He qualified from St.George's Hospital Medical School, London, in 1992.He has a general interest in all areas of ophthalmology, in particular cataract surgery and has a special interest in oculoplastic surgery also referred to as ophthalmic plastics, reconstructive and lacrimal surgery, a branch of ophthalmology, which deals with all aspects of medical, surgical and aesthetic disorders of eyelids and tear drainage apparatus (i.e. watery eyes).

Prior to undertaking his higher specialist training, he embarked on 2 years of clinical research at Bristol Eye Hospital and subsequently returned to London to complete his higher specialist training in ophthalmology, which included training in centres such as Guys and St.Thomas' Hospital and the world-renowned Moorfield's Eye Hospital. In July 1995, Mr Sherafat completed a further 12 month Fellowship in Oculoplastic surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital.

Mr Sherafat has a keen interest in dealing with all fields of oculoplastic pathology, such as lid malpositions, periocular tumours and both surgical and non-surgical periocular rejuvenation.

Mr Sherafat is Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists of the United Kingdom, the British Oculoplastic Surgery Society (BOPSS), the American Academy of Ophthalmology and an Executive of the Association of Ophthalmologists and has presented in national and international academic meetings.
